"I rarely leave bad reviews, but I would strongly recommend avoiding this State Farm office. My previous agent retired and this office took over a few of my policies. Since then, the customer service has been horrible and there were multiple mistakes made when setting up 2 new policies. It required a lot of follow-up on my end to fix issues that shouldn’t have occurred. Very disappointing experience overall."
